Most logistics industry in Nigeria experienced instances where couriers assigned to orders decline deliveries but accept orders from different providers, causing disputes, delays, and customer dissatisfaction. Additionally, Without proper software, logistics providers face challenges like inefficient routing, and customer service issues.

Targeted Solution

Our objective was to create a logistics management software that can address these challenges effectively. The software included features for optimized routing, enhanced visibility, automated performance monitoring, and improved resource allocation. Furthermore, implementing a secure system that restricts couriers from accepting orders from different providers, enforcing contract compliance, will help eliminate disputes, reduce delays, and enhance customer satisfaction.

This interface makes it easy for users to handle deliveries and logistics. Users can track and manage service requests, connecting with their chosen logistics providers and courier personnel. It offers real-time tracking, updates on delivery status, and a user-friendly design for a smooth experience in sending or receiving packages.

Problem

Logistics providers often face challenges with customers, including issues such as late deliveries, inaccurate tracking information, and communication gaps. Additionally, concerns related to complex processes and difficulty in coordinating deliveries can also pose problems for logistics providers in their interactions with customers.
